If you're not familiar with how a Wiki works in general, it may be of help to visit the Wikipedia Help portal, there you'll find lots of information and much appreciated hints. Most functionality is identical, though not to every detail, depending on the setup.

Restricted actions

Creating accounts, page protection (against SPAM), page deletion, user banning and similar only are possible for users with special permissions--the sysops. You can contact them on their Discussion pages.

How to contact the SFSI wiki gods

The sysops can help you out.

Click on their user pages, and then click on "E-mail this user" over in the toolbox to the left.
